The Australian Performance of Services Index rose 2.9 points to 54.9 in January
The Australian Industry Group performance of services index (PSI) measures level of monthly activity across Australia’s services sector. A PSI index level greater than 50 indicates that services activity expanded for the month while a reading below 50 means activity contracted. Headline data is seasonally adjusted.
